The Happy Service Mission

more than 15 years

The State of Florida recently enacted a new law surrounding E-Verify requirements that goes into effect on July 1, 2023. And THSC is making sure that our clients and their vendors will be fully compliant.

Under the new law, all companies with 25 or more employees are required to use E-Verify to ensure employment eligibility of their workers. Employers that fail to comply could lose their operating licenses and face fines of $1,000 a day. Additionally, the legislation allows for random audits of companies suspected of employing undocumented workers. Not to mention the very real risk of irreparable damage to brand reputation.

THSC is vigilant in all our hiring practices in Florida and across the country, and this includes all E-Verify requirements. Due to our internal compliance and control programs, our clients know that the talent we hire is compliant with local, state, and federal laws; carefully selected to meet client standards and work environments; and meets our own strict criteria before being placed on a property.

With a 15-year track record, we are proud to lead the industry with our significant investments in a corporate management structure that includes a director of compliance, dedicated specialists, and innovative control processes to ensure compliance standards.

Whether in Florida or in every other state, our rigorous approach enables brands to know that they are fully compliant. We combine the breadth of our nationwide network with a keen understanding of every local market in which we serve our customers.
